Terms of service

Draft, not yet reviewed. These terms are scaffolding based on how the service is described on the site. The liability, cancellation and loaner seat sections in particular need Ride Renew's real position and a qualified review before launch.

The service

We collect car seats from the address you give us, clean them, and return them to that same address. We clean each seat according to its manufacturer's manual using non-toxic products.

Booking and confirmation

Sending a pickup request is not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm the date, the window and the final price before we collect anything.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site are our standard rates. Add on charges for faster turnaround and for bodily fluid cleaning are listed alongside them. If we find that a seat needs work beyond the quoted service, we will contact you before doing it.

What we will not do

We do not disassemble a seat in any way its manufacturer's manual prohibits, and we do not use products the manual prohibits. If a seat is expired, recalled, or has been in a crash, we will tell you and we may decline to clean it. Position on expired and crashed seats to confirm.

Loaner seats
